Teal Demijohn Bottle 11.5" H × 7.25" W × 3.5" D
A vintage demijohn bottle wrapped in handwoven vinyl, combining the traditional glass vessel with a richly textured woven exterior.
Originally used for storing and transporting wine and spirits, demijohns later became distinctive decorative objects, particularly during the mid-20th century. The woven covering emphasizes the generous proportions and rounded form of the glass vessel while adding texture and graphic interest.
Each example has subtle variations in weave, proportion, and surface character reflective of its handmade construction and vintage age.
