Due to the nature of our collection — one-of-a-kind, vintage, and handcrafted — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Variations in material, tone, and form are inherent to the character of natural stone and artisanal objects and are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs so we may review and resolve accordingly.

We are happy to assist in the selection process prior to purchase and offer guidance, additional imagery, and virtual consultations upon request. Select clients may be offered a 24-hour approval period at our discretion.
